I am not able to receive the Kul Tiran unlock mission again after I abandoned the quest by accident. I cannot find Jaina in the Stormwind embassy. Is it possible to receive the unlocking quest again? Where should I start? Look forward to any help. Thanks a lot.
Are you sure you abandoned the starting quest for it, and not one of the quests further along that are picked up in a different spot?
Look in the pastry shop, those Kul’Tirans love some pastries.
Jaina doesn’t take rejection easily. You’ll need to woo her with wine and flowers now.

While this page is for the final quest someone in the comments listed in order what quests are done during the unlock quest line. I’d suggest start at the beginning and go to each quest starting location to see where you left off.

Yes, actually I completed the final one, I think, and named the ship and sailed it to Stormwind harbour. Then I abandoned it by accidentally. Now the ship is gone but only those rising waves left around its location. Jaina does not appear in the embassy. I have absolutely no idea where to start it over. : (
Send a ticket to a GM they can help you better then us. Explain to them what you did and the last quest you were on they should be able to fix it for you.
Hi just update the issue. I found the quest mark on the ship in Stormsong Valley. The mark was invisible on the map yesterday but appeared today. I finally completed the questline and unlocked Kul Tiran race. Thanks for all the help here.
