Seems it got broke this week? For whatever reason old burnt-face whatshisname no longer triggers properly and instead runs back to the entrance of the tunnel after the first boss is downed and no longer offers a dialogue option. I also notice that the teleporter to Anduin has been deleted whereas before you could get to it even if you didn’t have the skip. All that would happen is Anduin wouldn’t activate. So clearly something got changed recently.
Anyone else hit this issue?
Same here. Just finished the skip quest on my main today, went to do a mount run on alt but can’t seem to trigger any sort of prompt with Bolvar. Teleports to ends of the wings are there but can’t go backwards from them. Bummed that this was supposed to be fixed in .7 and is just broken again
Just so you know, turns out the reason why this skip breaks is because Bolvar’s skip dialogue is tied to that named lich mob in the corridor after the first boss (for some unfathomable reason). That lich mob has 3 locations that it teleports to based on its HP. If you one-shot it or kill it too quickly, it breaks its teleport phases and this in turn breaks Bolvar’s skip dialogue.
The only way around it is to either leave the raid and wait for it to soft reset after 20min or clear the entire raid.
