Currently causing crackling to hit only 2 total targets instead of the intended 3 (initial target + 2 per tooltip)
it only hit 2 in pvp situation it just don’t show in the tooltip, you can see that in some blue post ( may in the last one)
I’d rather have it hit only 2 targets right now to avoid in the near future endless amount of complaints (and nerfs requests) about MW LoH-ing their whole team every 30 sec
