Hey all,

My guild fell victim to BFA and decided to stop mythic progression. I am looking for another guild to raid with (horde or alliance, does not matter to me).

As far as current expac raid xp, I ended uldir at 7/8m. I am currently 1/9 M 8/9 H and 9/9 N. Here is a link to my current logs. They are not impressive, and altho it is not much of an excuse, it was basically a product of the raid environment. us/thrall/malms (I cant post links apparently)

If you decide to view my raid achievements, you will see that I have had extensive higher end raiding xp since Vanilla. I am no stranger to raiding guilds and already have the mentality and the reliability that guilds are looking for. Some highlights are all server first achievements in WOTLK minus algalon.

Here is a brief raid history (when content was current):
Vanilla - Cleared MC, Cleared BWL, Cleared AQ, Cleared up to 4H in Nax

BC- Cleared all T4 content … T5 was skipped as they opened T6. Cleared all of BT and then Sunwell (sunwell was post 3.0)

Wotlk: Server first Nax, Malygos, Sartharion (and also 25m 3d and 10m 3d) Server first Yogg 0, Server first Grand Crusader

Cata: Stopped raiding sometime into 1st tier of heroic (before mythic was a thing) Came back at the end of the expac

PandaLand: Completed a few challenge modes on Mage, Spriest, Hunter and Monk. Did not hit my raiding stride until Siege of Ogrimmar. Obtained Cutting edge Garrosh (I had to kite the iron star fml)

WoD: Cleared all heroic tier, then guild died due to not enough people for mythic. Came back to the game around the end of HFC. Did a few mythic bosses.

Legion: Cleared all heroic content and raidied with same guild up until Tomb. guild stopped raiding and joined my current guild. Ended tomb on M Avatar. Cleared Antorus (cutting edge Argus).

BFA - 7/8m Uldir 1/9 M BoD (8/9 heroic)

I currently want to keep progressing. There is not much else for me to do in the game. I enjoy M+ and usually down to do stuff with guildies, whether its pushing keys, or helping carry alts. I am super easy going and will never be the one to start drama or even contribute. You would be lucky if I even spoke up on discord during raiding. Im there to do my job and have fun doing it.

Meters over Everything started with a group of IRL friends looking to extend our group through WoW. We all are exceptionally good players that have always raided with the highest preparation possible. We look to help people, but also expect that you know your stuff and come prepared like anyone else. Just remember to have fun this is just a game and not a company or military academy. Attendance is very lenient, let us know you can’t or don’t wanna raid that night is no issue. It’s not a job it’s a game.

Located on Kil’Jaeden horde, Convergence is a mythic raiding guild driven by the idea that progression is a product of efficiency not volume. We are firm believers in the idea that a short raid schedule and success in mythic raiding are not mutually exclusive. Our schedule is a strict 9 hours per week and we will not add a day under any circumstance.

We are looking for skilled players who share the same ambition of clearing content in timely fashion but might not have the time to dedicate 4 or 5 nights to that goal. I am the recruitment officer for Diminishing Returns on Dalaran. We moved to Dalaran after running a raiding guild on Kael’thas for 13 years.

We pride ourselves on stability and a good raid environment. We also do not recruit mass amounts of people for bench, as we do not recruit for bench.

While we understand a two day a week raiding guild is not going to have the same progression rate as a guild running 3 to 4 days a week, we always seem to keep within range of those guiles.

[Heroic] Wednesday- Open to our heroic team raiders, mythic raiders, and mythic raider alts. run 8:30 central to 11:00. This team full clears heroic easily as well.
[Normal] Friday open to anyone 8:30 central to 10:00.

We push people to get 1 heroic clear and 1 mythic 10 plus a week done. This is * required for our mythic raiders. As long as there is forging in the game people should be fishing for titanforges.

More about the guild: We do it all, we aren’t just raiders. We are extremely active guild, the most active on the server, and more active than most servers/guilds. Our people do not just log on for raids once or twice a week. Our average age range is 28-35. We enjoy PvP- arenas, rbgs, bgs, wpvp, Mythic+, achievements. We have a very laid back but like to get stuff done kind of atmosphere when it is not raid time. When it is raid time, we get focused and serious and competitive in a non toxic results oriented manner. Very active and supportive guild filled with awesome human beings. l’ll keep this short and sweet: Dawn of the Dead | Zul’Jin [H] has openings for skilled and reliable players for an immediate core spot on our progression raid team and after reading your post I think you would be a good fit for us!

We are a very friendly, experienced, active progression raiding guild. We are currently 3/9M in BoD and were 8/8M in Uldir. Our environment is one that is focused on getting raid content down swiftly while still having fun. We’re not a bleeding edge progression guild, but we’re not super casual either.

Raiding Team Requirements:

We raid Tues/Weds from 730-1130 PM EST for Heroic/Mythic Progression

We do understand emergencies and plans can happen which is perfectly fine if given notice in advance. Otherwise we ask that you can maintain a 90%+ attendance as is expected of everyone.

We will be requiring an ilvl of around 390 and a neck level of 36 to raid week 1 of mythic with us.

We do use RCLootCouncil to distribute unwanted, tradeable gear to the raid.

Our trial process lasts 3 weeks in total, this includes showing up to our Thursday night raids if possible so we can further gauge your skills when it comes to progression.

Doing a M+10 is required if you want to be in the main roster, it is a free piece of gear no excuse when we have a designated day and we run dungeons all week long.

Any awesome DPS will always be considered!

Tanks: recruiting M+ tanks, raid tanks are closed atm. If you want a free Normal then Heroic clear every week, looking for an off tank for our optional nights.
