I played whole game, just a 10 second DC due a monk knockback made me lose 2 weeks of progress -200… theres no way this is not a big deal

Well, a RBG queue tooks like 20min queue… -200 points is like 2 weeks of progress in my game time.
If support service didn’t understand the depth of this problem and not fix my rating this is enough for me not play this game ever again, not kidding… 2 weeks of progress lost due 10 seconds… i was top dmg, i have proof…

My healer got ropped on his rescue, disconnected, lost 200 points and a minute later it kicked me (I also lost 200)

This is crazy…they are fixing player rating after this issues? i can understand if this “bug” is hard to fix, but i CAN’T understand they not fixing 2 weeks of progress due 10 seconds.

Ive been DCd three times from being MC’d… bug that’s been around for years and then frantically log back in before the game boots me out with a 200-point fine.

I believe you, seems possible if you could log back soon as possible, i had login screen bug/error message which forced me to reopen the game, Even with a good PC it tooks 10 seconds to log back, loading was instant.
WoW’s engine runs on wood combustion, what do you expect from it?
Not being punished due something that is not my fault is a good start. Like i’ve said before, i understand if this problem is hard to fix, but i don’t understand support service not recovering my loss.

I agree with you. I was on my 2nd MW a few weeks ago, queued into a BGB and saw Remi on the enemy team in an AB. I sat up in my chair and was preparing to try hard (you always gotta play hard when you recognize someone) then BOOM, I disconnect before the gate opens.
Tried to log back in, client failed, so closed and reopened then when I logged back in I had a 15 minute debuff, then lost 200 rating when the game ended. I understand rating loss was added to deter quitting, but when your account has no history of leaving matches, it would be nice to get a strike or two per season to account for genuine DCs.

Exactly, system should have a filter, theres no way i just lost 2 weeks of progress in a matter of 10 seconds. I’m not a leaver, i played whole BG, how im punished ? it was not my fault

when u get disconnected after a knockback or MC this is 100% the very imperfect server-side anticheat kicking you out for suspicious movement
