So no restaurants? I find that strange… I mean we BBQ in back yards all over the place up here, but you can still find a good hole in the wall, greasy BBQ joint that will have ribs or brisket that will melt in your mouth.

Lobster used to be peasant food, and now its a delicacy where I live. I have a desire to try all meat at least once in my lifetime. On top of my list is stingray.

It’s similar here. Over fishing has lead to limited catches and high prices. Much of the catch here, where it’s called crayfish, or was, used to go to the US. The lobster name is slowly overtaking crayfish, since American influence seems inescapable.
Really? I wouldn’t expect that! If and when I do try it, it will probably be the only time anytime anyway, so it wouldn’t do too much damage to my body.
Have you had deer/moose? I love their gamey flavor. Is it anything like that? Deer is especially tough but that can be remedied if you prepare them properly.

Crayfish/crawdads are a colloquial debate in the us. Growing up, I had a few in the stream near my house. However I worry if any harmful chemicals were leaked into the water because of the shoe factory in my town.
I am completely oblivious to humor like this! I take food very seriously, probably too seriously.
But its not winter on Azeroth.

Id settle for a day/night that matches the southern hemisphere (like it used to) and the calendar adjusted so the times for ingame events are matched to the server time (like player made events are)

There are many species of fresh water crayfish in Australia, some are endangered and others, like yabbies, are popular for eating . They’re often released and cultivated in farming dams.
