It's very scintillating

I have 24 days played as Evoker, which is both a lot of time and also not a lot of time depending who you ask. But I feel like in all that time, all 500+ hours played on the class I have never seen Scintillation proc as much as it has lately. Perhaps this is just a me thing or perhaps there is some unintended interaction happening with the new hero talents. But I have never once gotten a triple Scintillation proc in the 500+ hours I have been playing this class, not once. Super duper rarely got a double a couple times, but now it seems like Scintillation procs at least every other cast and very often will double and now triple proc pretty frequently.

Stealth buff? Bug? Super duper bad RNG until now?

Anyone else seen Scintillation proc much more often?

im curious was it a single or was it a mass disintegrate that u had the triple on?

I’ve been playing Flameshaper actually so it was a single for sure. And I know that Scintillation can cleave when you have the talent to make Eternal Surge hit double targets, but even on single targets I am getting way more procs.
