Yeah. It could just like have lets say 100 lore characters inside, when the toy is activated, an internal dice roll occurs, and what it lands on it gives. It should be simple to code in.
It’s a $10 toy and it has a cool down.
I want the cooldown gone or reduced to 20 minutes so I can use the toy, that I paid money for, whenever I want.
Code is never simple
You paid money for everything in the game. Just reduce the CD on all of them.

I guess you forget when this toy was made blizz was promoting prize pools for competitive players, it sold so well that they kept the original prize money and a good chunk of what we paid to support prize pools.
Sounds like a design problem.
With proper design it actually is. The item pulls from some kind of table or list and it would be as easy as just adding items to that list.
Contrary to GD belief, but Blizzard has more than just college interns taking their intro to programming 101 course working for them.
But why fix this toy when a new one can be made and people will fork over cash or game time to earn
