REMOVE RAIDER IO
REMOVE iLVL’S from gear.
These 2 things create toxic divide within all aspects of gameplay wether it be PVE Raids, Dungeons, M+ and PVP Arenas & RBGs.
THESE 2 things are NOT A MEASURE of someones ability of ones player ability.
They are just a gap between those who no life & who don’t.
Some of the best players in the game have literially 0 raider IO and low ilvls.
They don’t care about it and they could outplay any try hard andy whos either paid for boosts to boost there ilvls/raider IOs or the try hards.
It’s literially ridiculous and it makes good players who dont wanna no life quit the game cause no one wants to play with them even tho they are they are much better then the average try hard andy.
FIX THIS NOW!

Blizzard should just ban such mods from the game.
@Brighter, even if you make your own group the people that join it leave and judge you on those factors mentioned so it’s not a solution.

Make your own group. Put in group finder, “Chill group. Completion run, let’s help each other get a key.”

WoW is supposed to be a sandbox multi-verse not a elitest lobby game about how good your score is to experience high end gameplay, this is very broken and not how game was supposed to be!

i was turned down by a guildie, who i regularly out DPS when we run stuff together because my IO was low, same ilvl, knew my DPS was better than his own in mythic and raid content. I dont enjoy timed runs so i dont really do them as a challenge, just cap out my weekly and move on, i was only offering to help out, i know the strats, the skips, the fights all of it. but my low IO held me back even with players who know how well i can perform on keys we have run previously and beat the timer on. its messed up how much people rely on it.

How high your deeps is matters less than whether or not you can tank or heal
