Majority are at worse a B plus for me. But that shaman one is a D. ( I’m not a main for shammies so I kinda feel weird about giving it a F. I feel like only mains can declare something a F for their class )

It’s a Dark Ranger set. You know like Sylvanas’ goons. Since Dark Ranger is one of the new Hero Talent tracks they must have figured they should really give Hunters a set that fits. It’s meh imho. Not the worst not the best.
Rogue is fire. Mage oven mitts are trash
personally, i wish any excuse i can get to not play solo shuffle anytime soon.
Sepulcher was abyss of despair f tier, Vault i think is underwhelming when we look at the epic ones though i also think it served its theme quite well (something Uldir failed miserably coff coff).
if i do ignore the difference in time period then the worst sets by far is the Ahn’Qiraj sets (those were bad even back then).
i would say the season 2 overall has made better sets than season 1 (s1 druid one was better i think, monk was very cool but s2 is kinda better, rogue was very cool and better than the haunted pirate, and of course Evoker s1 is god tier supreme overlord of all evoker sets from the past, present and future).

Hunters continue to measure their good sets in how many expansions it took to get one rather than how many they got per expansion.

The rogue set face makes me laugh 
I guess ranked against each other some of these would be S tier.
Ranked against other tiers though? None of this is above C, maybe B.
Monk looks S to me
You’re serious? Since you gave Warrior an S(Since that’s what I’m maining atm) I’ll be less critical.
I STRONGLY disagree with Rogue tier, it looks awesome.
Also… the devs seriously made Monk head piece look like Vegeta’s SSJ from Dragon Ball.

That stuff at least has a theme. Most are bad just like these sets. Only a few are good and fit the class in either tier.
When did the shift to “just make all tier sets look like plate” happen exactly? The only two in this list that don’t are rogue and lock.

Theme doesn’t matter if the gear looks stinky.
I’ll be honest, if I didn’t know that was a Hunter set I would’ve assumed it was a Warrior/DK set due to the skulls on the shoulders and belt.
Nothing about it looks Hunter theme to me imo.

I mean, I shouldn’t have to say it. But these are my personal opinions. It’s kinda implied when people do these ranking lists. I just found the rogue set just a silly take on a pirate set with a random skull thrown on the face. Also the bottom half of the set doesn’t seem to match the top half. To me, the Plunderstorm set is way better thematically.
Much like the monk set, I demoted it from S to A rank because of the stupid idea that monks should be barefoot. I also demoted ranks from any set that still utilises the ancient tube style robes that for some reason is still being used by blizz despite the fact that the vastly superior new split skirt designs introduced in DF are available to use. Blizz should never be using those stupid tube robes ever again.
It’s w/e what me, I’m only partially memeing but it’s fine if you don’t like it.
As for the Monk yeah I agree, maybe the set was designed for troll races 
. The helmet looks silly, it’s like someone looked at Vegeta from Dragon Ball and took inspiration.
There’s probably plenty of people who would tell you that the Rogue sets from Sepulcher of the First Ones are infinitely better than the TWW Season 2 Rogue sets simply because the Sepulcher sets aren’t pirate-themed LOL. There’s probably people who would rather see the Rogue tier sets be beachwear than be pirate-themed. 
Personally, I think the new Rogue sets look cool. IMO the black, red, and gold version looks better than the version shown in the OP, though.
