Reticals gettings stuck in the ceilings, and cameras being pushed in to first person when players are trying to top down, due to arbitrary ceilings in dungeons that zero players have ever wanted to interact with has GOT to go.
Retical abilities going in the ceiling has been a problem since WoD; it’s embarassing that this still exists in this game over a decade after the problem originally arose.
Pushing high M+ is incredibly challenging on it’s own; having camera issues and not being able to drop one of the dozens of retical abilities in the game where you’d like because they’re getting stuckin the ceiling is completely unacceptable.
My question is this; why would you ever even allow ceilings to be interactable in your code? What. universe would I ever want to throw ravager in the ceiling?
This isn’t a simple fix, it’s a desgine philsophy. Stop putting ceiligns in dungeons. One of the major reasons Sanguine Depths was such a challenging dungeon was because I could never see any thing; every time I tried to top down my camera the ceiling would cut me off and shove my camera in to first person. This is completely unacceptable and makes no sense.
** NO ONE WANTS TO PUT RETICALS IN THE CEILINGS
** NO ONE WANTS TO HAVE THE CEILING CUT THEIR CAMERA OFF
**REMOVE CEILINGS FROM FUTURE DUNGEON CREATION. THERE IS NO REASON FOR THEM TO EXIST.
