IT'S TIME TO BAN WEAKAURAS. it makes raiding so easy a caveman could do it

Literally dont have to do anything. Just do what the weakauras tells you to and you can be a mythic raider. Move to this marker here. Soak this pool here. Prepare to spread. Do this. Do that. It’s beyond ridiculous. We used to say Deadly Boss Mods was boarderline cheating, but weakauras? Weakauras have gone way to far. You dont even need to be able to read well and you can clear mythic raids by simply following the simply messages and symbols of what to do.

You’ve allowed it for long enough, and it’s time for people to just git gud and this needs to be banned so that raiding is an actual event guild can do again. It’s insane how much further they’ve broken the rules beyond even the HFC days, and blizzard spanked them for that.

BAN WEAKAURAS MOD IMMEDIATELY OR SHADOWLANDS IS RUINED.

Who is this “we said dBm was cheating” you’re talking about?

If weakauras is so amazing why does mythic content take so many attempts by top guilds to clear?

If anything is going to ruin shadowlands, its for sure not weak auras.

Lastly. I dont use weakauras so dont attack me for cheating or whatnot.

I did better when I turned off weak auras and learner why I did things. It can be useful but not for what talents to use when.

Obviously because they are so bad they need to cheat. The real pros don’t raid mythic because they know it’s just too easy for them.

What are your feelings on raid leaders who call out every single thing to do, put markers on certain players and have them follow those for mechanics? Would you ban voice comms and target markers too?

no that’s a human, not automation. Weakauras is automation of the leadership role.

Those are actually a sort of gnome from the pathfinder rpg. If we had those kinds of gnomes in wow, they would probably be very popular.
