It's time make MOP mog gear available

All I did back in MoP was raid and raid lead - 10 man, 25 man, learning raids, gearing up raids, flex, lfr, etc etc. Not even joking, seven days a week, every single night. So I never got the chance to form a group and work on them. I just could not say no to people who wanted to learn to raid. :frowning:

Still kind of bitter about not putting my foot down and doing the CM’s then.

For CM? Both of them had a title.

This is what it boils down to. with how much has changed in the game. this is what the ask is.

I got 2k on my Rogue in Wod s1.

That doesn’t mean I should get all the other class sets that I didn’t feel like playing that season.

Similarly just because I collected a raid set on my Hunter doesn’t mean that I also need to instantly have access to the Warlock and Priest versions for some arbitrary reason.

The game needs more reasons to replay content on alts, not fewer.

Seriously.

There are recolors in the game files. Why do people insist on undermining other people’s rewards by asking for what they have, instead of asking for cool new stuff for themselves? It’s absurd.

And no, if you played a Blood Death Knight you did not earn it on say, a Warrior. It’s not the same. Thankfully Ion has made this very clear - for dungeons and PvP, they consider your achievements to matter on a class-by-class basis and that is unlikely to change.

Each dungeon had a title, yes, but those who got one in mop got Mistwalker, whereas in wod they gave out nothing, even if they announced ahead of time that Mistwalker was a bit of a bandaid or whatever. :sob:

Yeah, bless.

comparing pvp content to timed pve content that set the foundation for M+ is apples to oranges two entirely different facets of game play.

Sure go collect the raid sets again nothing is stopping you. again you are making comparisons that aren’t relevant.

Yes. There was.

Why? Warlords did.

Wrong. The Indomitable title was the Bronze reward.

They’re actually similar in that they’re both limited time challenge content.

Except that there wasn’t because if there were I’d have it. :dracthyr_hehe_animated: Titles for holding a time are temporary.

I guess we’re talking about different things.

I got the titles the Indomitable and Undaunted from MoP and WoD CM. What was Mistwalker for?

Oh, you’re talking about the Bronze titles.

I was talking about Mistwalker and lack of equivalent.

Having a realm best.

That depends on who you ask. I’ve seen posts here that say something isn’t “challenge content” unless it has the word “challenge” stamped on it somewhere.

Nah. If you did the mog on a Pally, only Pally should get the appearance. Much like i think if you did the MT for some classes you don’t get all of the classes appearances.

Mage tower is different. it wasn’t as cheeseable as mop challenge modes were. between gems, and tier sets working, ilevel scaling made no difference.

Mage tower still requires you to know the class to a degree more than CMs

sighs

Ah, got ya. I don’t remember that being a thing.

Anyways, the way I looked at the CM stuff was it wasn’t really an individual achievement like the MT and they didn’t force you to run all classes in WoD. They just gave you a token so your Mage could get the 2h sword, mace, polearm, etc.

I don’t see anything wrong with them doing that for MoP CM too.

Literally talking about Mistwalker and lack of wod equivalent.

Exactly. I’m not sure why people are so against those who already earned Mists CM being able to buy the other class sets.

there isn’t anything wrong with it. and the design philosophy changed into WOD.

people are just being sticks in the mud.

That’s different. Warrior getting all appearances but Mage only getting a few would be unfair, so everybody gets access to all the weps.
