The Alliance are still being corpse camped at most of their Flight Paths despite BG’s being out, due to the long queues and sustaining honor farm.
This is part of the problem, you’re willing to continue to allow other issues via the world that impact your gameplay exist just for the mere factor of having a “one up” on the Horde.
That sounds like self harm, inflicted upon yourselves by withholding an ego despite attempting to solve the problem. 
But most of the qq threads since BG’s have been released are from horde… pages of them. Alliance are fine now.
With that attitude, enjoy a dying community whilst Horde remains populated and people refuse to level on Alliance due to the desperation of Horde that want to remain honor capped in spite of long BG queues.
The concern of horde for alliance is touching since BG’s came out

It’s such an “easy solution”. The only drawback is that so few players will be willing to do it that it won’t make a dent in the faction imbalance.

If blizzard brought out a temporary one way faction change from horde to alliance only… when faced with the possibility of being able to go from 40 min queues to like 5 mins, just from changing faction, I’m pretty sure a lot of people will take a transfer in a heartbeat.

Quit
or
Keep crying
Well what did you guys expect would happen when you’ve been camping level 48+ alliance players for a month? Probably thousands of players either stopped playing or rerolled horde. You got 3 options here wait in queue, quit or reroll which none are our problem.
Rolling the underpopulated faction for fast BG queues is part of the Vanilla experience!
No. People who are Horde play Horde because they chose to play that faction, not because they haven’t been given a free faction change to Alliance, where they’ll suffer all the indignities of extreme minority factions.
Are you going to automatically switch shamans to pallies?
You wouldn’t switch to Alliance. What you want is for a very large number of Horde to make a change they don’t want to make into a situation that may be difficult and a lot less fun.

The queue times are a problem on Oceanic. The faction-imbalance is a problem. Just telling people to reroll isn’t a solution. The thought of leveling again, reacquiring all the same gear i have makes me want to just quit altogether. I know Alliance are bitter about the imbalances but Blizzard need to seriously do something.

you don’t to get pros of leveling on a overpop faction then get to switch sides to get short BG queues… you had your chance and you picked the short game.
When 20 Horde can sit in Ironforge freely attacking Alliance without Alliance putting up a fight. That’s not faction imbalance.

A few things came to mind when reading this. One is, yes Blizzard caused the imbalance issue but we all have control over what we do in this game.
Usually people who play Horde want to play Horde. I cannot picture many changing factions and going to Alliance despite the queue issue.
