Its time for you to end the war on the player. Soul bound (before equip) items is just a way to have no real economy and create artificial grinds. Gold is valueless unless its to buy crafting items, a small amount of mounts, and a very small amount of gear or Paid Runs of content. All mounts, ALL gear, everything should be able to be sold on the AH, and to build a REAL game economy, and to create a lasting do to list for players to farm old content to sell transmog or anything. What’s the difference from people buying runs, raids, glad carries from you services channel. If a person or guild does not need a item then it should be able to be sold at AH, the buying runs from “progression guilds” only help the 1% not the player base. It is Extremely aggravating to have run old content for mounts, transmog or whatever dozens if not hundreds of times, and still not get the item. Example I have run ICC over 240 times over a few toons for years now to get Invincible and still nothing, while i have a friend that has had it drop 3 times in the same period and just need to destroy it.

no different then buying paid runs that you can do now with tokens
It’s very different, you still gotta at least go to the runs and through the raid to get your gear, and the gear isn’t garaunteed to drop, in addition to the barrier of some players not willing to pay for boosts
If BOP was removed 100% all the gear would just be on the auction house ready to be bought without ever going through the actual content.
Then again idk why I care, I don’t PvE anyways, the PvP andy in me is okay with watching the PvE scene implode on themselves.

The random PVE is a carry fest anyway you have always 2-3 people carry under geared skill-less people anyway from my exp.
I’ve converted, I want to see BOP 100% removed so PvE dies and WoW can finally fully embrace becoming a hard-focused PvP oriented game.

I get why professions make BoP equipment now…it’s to give work orders a purpose. Allowing people to use soulbound ingredients to create soulbound equipment for the customer. It’s like they’re trying to give crafters a form of business while also helping crafters level their craft and get paid for their hard work. It’s fine in my book… even though I really wanted the flaming knives for my rogue. That or a epic profession tool, the molten blacksmith hammer looks amazing

I see the p2w rants. tSomewhat legit to some but not to me really. this skips that. One of your chars got the item. and only your account can use it. to me you did earn it. a char run by you got it. its jsut shifted to the alt also run by you.
See I come from eve is why I dont see pay 2 win. we don’t do bop or boe there. I can literally sell an item I ahd for years to anyone. repackage and sell…jsut that easy.
If players x cannot play worth a damn I can sell them old gear I don’t need/want anymore and they’d still die like muppets.
I got several billion isk setups in eve that if you ahve no clue how to play that ship is going to blow up fast.
it was built around how I fly, bonuses from my in game skill trains and…a clone with over 2 billion (at the time, years of inflation more like 4 billion now lol)isk in implants. this is why eve if some of you ever pick up eve and google bis pve ship fit…ask or find out if the OP of the thread ran implants. some BIS great pve builds will die fast without those implants lol.
