I realized that with the Storming Saison from the Brewfest event, made old zones look nicer and changes the lighting.

Well op, I use to stay in the buildings when it rained in wow,then bro told me that was stupid and yes,I was so disappointed.

I believe it was in an old Stormwind quest or some NPC text. It was way back in Vanilla when we all first started RPing and they’ve kept their mages part of that since.
Well, until now. Because they’d just seem incompetent.
