Went to Stormwind today on my cute dwarven paladin and it was raining! All stormy skies and mist and rain, and I naturally had to put up my parasol. Now this is what RP in an MMO is about…

It’s raining where I live too and I would honestly prefer snow.

I sat in stormwind for awhile the other day enjoying the rain and cloudy sky.
I wish we could get snow someday - maybe even some snow falling and showing on the cobblestone streets.

I’ve been noticing Warcraft ads online. I don’t have tv so Idk if any are on tv but they’re definitely online.
This gives me hope that they’ll be concentrating more on the game. This game could be so freaking GREAT, everything is already here for it to be a huge success so these are good signs.

You do realize the original lore for Stormwind was that it was always kept sunny and beautiful by the mages on purpose, right? I had friends who used to RP that they were weather mages.
So for some, it’s now ruined their RP.
No I didnt realise that, that must be some very obscure lore. Ive been playing for 12 years and never heard it said or seen it anywhere. But their ruined RP aside, I thought it was delightful.

Apparently it was supposed to snow in Orgrimmar but I havent seen that yet. I thought was a bit weird as Org is in dry terrain. It should be more rain in Org and snow in Stormwind really.

Yesterday I thought it was raining in RL cause the rain noise sounded just like it does when real rain comes. I was kinda disappointed when I took headphones off and all was quiet.
