It’s ok. Us casuals, who make up the vast majority of the player base, spend the most on the cash shop and tokens. I have already seen many of of guildies and friends take off saying that they will come back in 9.2 or so. Blizzard goes through these cycles of catering to the miniscule Mythic base, lose a ton of money, over correct and tick off the Mythic base, then rinse and repeat.
