Its insane Druids over Shaman got Force of Nature

Im leveling my druid as my soon to be 6th 80, and im a little shocked Druids gormt the FoN mechanic over shaman.

As someone else said of the ability, those Treants are basically HST but they move and also can be talented to attack.

I still prefer Shaman, so im probably not leaving him. But of druids are getting mobile totems for healing, what are shaman?

Its a cool mechanic and i dont want to see it removed, but it does feel like the design team doesnt know where they want to gonif theyre giving something like this to Druids. Mind you, i dont think they could articulate their vision for shaman if they were asked. But its very disappointing to see this continued neglect persist.

Totem mechanic is such a relic. They should be mobile and follow the shaman.

Read the post. Were talking about mechanics. And theyd be elementals with a shaman.

Buffs come and go. You know that its a rare spec that stays OP all expansion.

Basically what Thundahstahm is saying is he would like an ability similar to Force of Nature for Shamans where the Shaman summons a group of minor elementals much like how Druids summons a group of Treants.

Maybe it makes sense for resto, but for balance Trees feels like a spell that should have been cut in Legion, and not returned.

I feel it makes sense when you think of Balance as Balancing between Nature and Arcane (Stars) Heaven and Earth. instead of Sun and Moon.
