I wish. Disc is really good for pvp, really great tbh, ngl, pvp this xpac as disc has been great … but in pve priests are highly looked down upon.

you cant expect a serious mythic+ group to let you in when you spec last word. I understand you have an ego, but the group and clear is more important then your own logs. Start gearing and talenting correctly or keep making forum complaints. spriest is more then fine. Coupled with a dk we no longer need rogues, and good riddance.

The last 14 I did the rogue had 0 interrupts and I had 6. Based on your accolades you obviously don’t understand anything about any of this, and are still just really trolling, not sure why you’re trying so hard at trolling.

I feel a lot for priests, especially Holy though…

I know one who outdps’ the Hpally in his Mythic group but he’s still benched and it adds to the growing feeling of injustice with a lot of stuff currently. Just monkeys with calculators a lot of the time, mathing out a perfect scenario and comp that is as unnecessary as it is complex for people outside of WF.

Well actually they are just copying off the math monkeys homework 9 out of 10 times, so its worse.

Is its AOE bad? I thought Searing Nightmare was GREAT AOE, I love using it with my priest.

For what is worth they are really good at PVP so you can go bully some non-priests until the next balance patch.

2400 in RBGs, which has the single most inflated MMR in rated PvP. You literally can’t even lose rating until almost 2200 even for the average YOLO RBG group.

Spriest is one of the highest damaging specs for raids + M+ in general and Disc is insanely strong in PvP currently and will be stronger in PvE once secondary stats are higher.

I don’t understand anything of what you’re complaining about honestly.

You speak awfully high of yourself for some reason when you said “there are very few priests in the world that are playing better than I am” when most slightly above average priests are in the same area/range you are yourself. You’ve only done Heroic, which is still not that crazy to complete.

I’m not seeing your complaint, based on subcreation mythic+ recording the top keys 10-21, shadow priest is A tier. I don’t see how you couldn’t get invites. SP are strong especially if you play as your parses

The logs show shadowpriest doing well in m+. I think it mostly suffers from the problem of the class in past expansions not being good at m+ and people are still conditioned in believing that, much like Shaman (not resto). Spriest has vamp, mass dispell, a stun, grip, decent self sustain, soothe skips, cleanse, and purge. It has plenty of utility, more than a lot of dps classes, actually. The problem is, why would anyone take anything but hunters at this point? It’s not like there’s a lack of them running around.

Community perception in pug keys is always going to be an issue. Shadows overall damage is fine but if people pull around mage / hunter / balance CDs you don’t have a chance. Lacking a consistent interrupt also hugely holds the spec back, as well as lacking BR / Lust / group damage buffs (All weirdly supplied by the already best burst aoe specs), the utility disparity between the top specs and the rest (Not just shadow) in m+ is laughable.

Theres only 3 DPS spots, statistically the key holder is most likely to be a DPS, so there’s often only 2. Then that person has the pick of the litter to make the group they believe most likely to succeed. Why bring a ranged DPS with no br, lust, damage buff, mob control, immunity, or interrupt on a reasonable cd?
