My gear doesnt need anymore azerite powers so im not gonna turn in any resources, I know others that are doing the same.

The progress bar fills with or without us actually doing anything. Otherwise that last 20% would take a week on it’s own.

(the warfronts flip on a timer, I don’t think we have any actual impact on the donations, this isn’t AQ)

Yes, it does flip on it’s own, but the contributions do meanyou are able to fill the bar faster and get in quicker.
As for not wanting more HoA levels, you still need to think ahead, you need to look at what AP gear you will get in 8.1 and the iLVL they are, you still should be levelling now so in the future you are not behind when you get your first AP gear.

Pretty sure they said Warfront will be up in 4-6 days, even if your entire faction didnt contribute it will still up in 6 days.
Its just another illusion to make it looks like you’re contributing to your faction, which is irrelevant in the long run, just like contributing in Warfront games.

But the longer you wait the more said azerite power is worth. Why farm for 10 hours what you can farm in 1 in a few weeks? or 10 min in a few months.

If I didn’t farm one level per week I would not have enough now to get my gear the +5 some of them have.
It’s the same with the traits, if I took the advice to farm later I would be sitting here with new new 385 gear and not be able to use all traits, meaning my 370 gear would be better, making it pointless to get the new gear.
Whilst it is easier to farm later, if you farm now you can be far enough ahead that by the time you get your next AP item you can start using all the traits from the start and themsome.
then the 400’s (then the 430’s then the 460’s ect ect) come out and you are still just as far behind, there is no end in sight, in a few months i will be at the same ap level with 1/100th of the effort
Edit. Such a great system they came out with. they want us to play more but the system rewards you more for doing it later.

True, but wvery little bit helps. Especially in light of all the gripes about rep lately.
I wasn’t even grinding Honorhold and found myself nearly exalted with them from doing the Warfronts for gear to solo older content. Was a rather fortunate accident
Blizzard should have implemented a system that rewards rep tokens versus strictly acquiring rep with one faction, of which, many if not a majority of active players already have reached exalted with. Until paragon becomes a thing in the patch, Warfront contributions for 7th Legion or HB are just a waste of resources.
I don’t mind the current system, but would have rather they intergrated some of the systems from previous content to make it less monotonous.
Like dungeon/tabards here, some mobs there. A boost for alts once exalted. Even a quest hub for people who enjoyed dailies.
Seems shortsighted to ignore the past completely.
