So I looked on YouTube to see how to unlock all of the Artifact weapon power to max level for transmog and it directed me to the small questline in Silithus. I get to the end where you are supposed to take the blimp up to the sword for the cinematic and the flight master doesn’t give the option to do so, am I missing something?
You can’t do that quest anymore. It was only available for a few months at the end of Legion; I think it was disabled when BfA was released (since all artifact weapons were de-powered at that time). They probably should have disabled the entire quest chain instead of letting people get almost to the end & not be able to finish it.
