Can’t turn in either “Item’s of some consequence” or “The Attack” to Tyrion in SW. Has been like this for 5 days on Sulfuras server. Has his robot standing next to him so quest should be available.

Same here also on Sulfuras server.
Got silk and apple ready but cannot turn in the quest.
There is no ongoing event happening. Just Tyrion and he’s robot standing in the bushes refuse to proceed with the quest.
