I have attempted to complete the quest 3X, each time i have gathered the 10 winterbark totems and the jade, then taken them to the outer circle of binding and waited for it to charge… Lightning did not strike the 1st time and it faded away, 2nd time, waited 2 minutes retrieved it after a minute, it was uncharged, third time it simply faded away again without charging. HELP
