So I bought the darkmoon themed mount and for some reason my collection isn’t showing this. Is that part of the april fools too?
If I type /use {mount name} is says wrong faction.
Ah, yeah. If I change the filter to show Unusable mounts, it then shows. I bought the green one.
I see no reason for them to be faction specific so hopefully a bug.
You know what my theory is? Some 120IQ Gigamind at Blizzard read the name, figured it was a Horse, and just flagged it as Alliance only.

You should have a gift to open. Make sure you are showing all mounts. It is just a ground mount, fyi.
Just checked on my horde character. Its unusable that has to be a bug
Y’all aren’t the first to have this issue, but just to rule stuff out, I’ll post what I did for someone else:
Try the usual suspects:
- Exit game
- Delete cache folder
- Disable addons
Try again.
If it’s still not showing up, try a full UI reset and if that doesn’t work, post in Bug Reports.
