Goo-blin Grenade Veteran 2/8
Reinforced Wax Plating Veteran 1/8
Should one upgrade on the 3rd not cost no crests? Seems to still want to charge me 15 crests.

It’s on a DH in Vengeance spec, sorry posted with the wrong toon.
goo-blin grenade is an intellect trinket and so doesn’t count for crest discounts since its not for any of your specializations.
