Is there one for Shadowlands? I have sliver of Nzoth and blah blah but is there something that will work in SL zones?
No. Probably won’t be until near the end of SL
Rip, staying horde i guess… World pvp is the only interesting thing atm and theres literally no horde to kill as ally on my server because wAr MOdE works

Proudmoore seems relatively active for wpvp.
The kill-your-own items always come late (Timeless Isle was end of MoP, N’zoth toy was end of BFA). We’ll probably get more WPvP toys/consumes and maybe a zone/battle in 9.2 or 9.3.
There’s a world quest in Revandreth where it’s FFA in that area but that’s pretty much it 
There is an FFA area in every zone in SL.

I agree. It’s a poor bandaid at best.
There’s some spots in SL leveling areas that are free-for-all.
