I have stuck items, i have checked that there are none in my bags or bank etc.
You can see in pic my addon saying only 12 on any toon.
I have turned off all addons and tried.
I then renamed my cache and wtf folders to WTFold etc thru some instuctions from blizzard found online.
Any help please.
I suspect the problem is that the items in the mail are all in stacks greater than 1, so they can’t be picked up from the mail.
I think you’ve just found a weird edge case. The fact that it’s a unique item that stacks is a bit of weird coding, but it would have never come up before the commodity auction house. (Which came more than a decade after that item was added to the game.)
I’d report it as a bug. You can try putting in a ticket to see if there is anything they can do, but I don’t think the few gold is worth the effort. Eventually, the mail will expire and go away.

You can submit a ticket to get it deleted. You’re looking at a 2-3 day response time though
