Item restore is broken

I owned an Epic Purple Shirt TCG item which disappeared from my character. It was equipped, and then one day in august 2024, it disappeared. I placed a ticket and was instructed to use item restore. All the items that I sold or deleted were in there, but the item that disappeared is not there.

This leads me to conclude item restore is bugged.

As of now its still broken it appears, I just get an error and try again later.

Its been broken for months and months now…

I think a big part of the problem is that they are sending us to restore items that we didnt delete or sell, but disappeared.
