Item Restoration Webpage(s) Bugged?

Hello everyone,

I am currently in the process of trying to restore a few pieces of gear that I vendored off while playing WoW.

That said, when I log into to the Battle.Net site and proceed to the “Item Restoration” section for WoW Support, I go through the motions, and attempt to find the gear that I need, but notice that 2 of my pages of gear are blank.

As I cycle through the pages of available items to restore, I reach page “14 and 15” and when I click to load those pages, they load… But they are 100% blank.

I thought it was a browser issue… So I attempted Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge… No difference. Cleared cookies and cache… No difference.

Remoted into my work laptop which physically somewhere else from me, thinking it was an issue with my Internet connection for some wonky reason… Tried again and still failed.

Clearly, a bug within the website. And of course, the gear that I wont to restore is sitting in 1 of those 2 pages, and I cannot get to those piece of gear.

I tried opening a ticket officially through Blizzard’s site, but was given a very unhelpful ‘canned-response.’

Any help with this would be appreciated.

I am having this same issue too, and I did the same trouble shooting you did. This is frustrating.

bumping for same issue - tried DEing stuff one at a time to push the item I lost onto a functional page, but then that page becomes non-functional. Freshly DE’d uncommons or epics show up, as do things going back to october.

It seems like the one item I want to get back breaks whichever page it’s on.

Extra weird because the DE itself was a bug – clicked disenchant on a green in my bag without even having my Character tab open and it DE’d my helm.
