Item Restoration Missing Entire Realms

Hello there!

I know you all are slammed right now, but I’m trying to restore several S3 tier piece items from Mishla-Emerald Dream.

When I attempt to use the item restoration service, I see multiple realms (some Dragonflight, some Cataclysm) but Emerald Dream (11 characters) is not listed.

I can’t submit a normal ticket because I can’t select the Emerald Dream realm there, either.

Help?

Update 7/27/2024 – This seems to be resolved now. I was able to see all the correct realms and successfully restore items.

I am having this exact same issue and haven’t seen any other threads about it. My secondary account’s characters are showing for my main realm, Moon Guard, but not my main account’s characters.

anyone tried logging off and letting your character completely disconnect? I hadn’t tried that yet.

Yep same for us, all Oceanic realms are missing again!

This seems to be resolved now. I was able to see all the correct realms and successfully restore items.
