I am missing the Herald of Woe transmog. I have used it previously for my transmog tier 2 set and the weapon is gone. I need this fixed - I feel it is unacceptable for the amount of money I have had to pay to play this game to have something I already earned randomly taken away. Please look into this and provide the proper support. I posted on the “customer service” forum but only received forum dwellers giving me responses telling me that blizzard does not service their “customer service” forum… please advise Blizzard? Thanks in advance.
