Ilvl is stating 277, should be 295, it has been correct until today after I upgraded my gear. I unequipped and equipped all gear and its still stating 277.
Hopefully this can be resolved quickly.

Your wand is main hand, add a off hand weapon.

In other words, your empty offhand is ilevel zero and pulling down the average.
When transitioning from a two-handed weapon to a one-handed one, you have to have a plan for the empty offhand slot. And yes, that usually means upgrading two items instead of just one.
