I was not able to loot 2 items (Box of Assorted Parts, Recycling requisition) because of my bags were full.

The items came in mail as they normally do, I opened my mail and they went into my backpack.

I am unable to open them or move them in my backpack, additionally when I try to sort my bags I receive “Item is locked message”

I can confirm I have the exact same issue. I thought it was my Bagnon Addon but i have the same problem when i turn it off.

I have the exact same issue as well. I received same items in the mail and they do not open. Just turn grey when I click on them.

I had the same issue. I sold a bunch of grey items and the last item i couldn’t sell. I couldn’t even sort my bags. I ended up logging out, then logging back in later, and it fixed.

same issue, i think it happened when I was selling stuff to one of those mobile traders players can use.

Same issue. I guess theres no fix from blizzard yet?

I have the same issue and can’t auto sort my inventory because of it
