Yesterday I placed a crafting order for 447 Scale Rein Grips, when I got the order back I received a Wind Spirit’s Lasso. When I look at my crafting log is shows the order was placed for a belt as well. I placed a ticket for this, and got a very generic response that stated “mistakenly crafted items cannot be refunded or replaced”. I am uncertain how this is possible, or whether this is just some weird glitch in the system. As of right now, I feel punished for doing nothing more than relying on a system with a finite resource that is completely out of my control when I click the send order button.
