Whoa. You’re right! That’s stupid weird.
While standing in Oribos I was able to disenchant the item I reported above.
Same issues here, disenchanting quest rewards few days ago and now I can’t. Don’t think I tried in Oribos though, will have to when servers come back up. Hopefully they fixed this though, stupid if you can only DE in Oribos (sounds like a bug though rather than intentional).
Apparently its still an issue because I have a bag full of stuff from questing and can’t disenchant any of it. How am I supposed to lvl my stuff if I can’t de any of it -_-
