I could swear this was in the game before but was silently removed at some point.
This has probably been the one meaningful change to start fixing in-game issues they’ve undertaken.

Iirc the feature was still bad and could be circumvented pretty easily. Hopefully this is more final
I want to say it wasn’t at launch, then was added around…Cata? Pandaria? I don’t know when it was removed? About the same time the forums changed?
Think it was sometime starting in WoD when they removed it.
