Nah.
Any regular raider has a guild. And they are well aware of the difficulty of recruiting right now. They have always been aware. Raiding has been getting harder and harder to recruit for. This is why cross faction raiding is now a thing, and even Mythic raiders can pug a few folks.
The M+ main* players mostly do pugs. They are not into raiding so they are not a part of a raid team. So they would only effect the pool of pug raiders.
(*) I am referring to the people who’s end game is M+ and not raiding. Not folks who do both or are part of a raid team and dabble in M+
