I put my key M10 on que, and in less than 10 seconds i already have like 15 dps lining up
as a healer i dont tend to have problems to find group, but after seen that, i think many of dps must suffer to find group way more than i ever did
and they keep piling up until tank show up
Its because the majority of players want to DPS, no problem in that really. They do what they find fun.
Many tanks and healers find groups and people to play with because it limits the already inflated number of DPS players, making a more skilled group.

The more respect you give out, the more people are willing to tank or heal for you.
You just have to be persistent and be ok with rejection. I usually go to LFG, look for groups that are running what I want and apply to the max number. I usually get into a group within 10 minutes.
Unless you’re on the top of some graph then you will have a long wait. Groups want the best combination for a quicker run, and they see that a spec is preforming higher than the others. They’re going to natural invite that person over one that’s less useful.
It’s all about patience when looking for groups.
It’s pretty cutthroat for DPS to get into pug M+ groups - it’s like Score > Class > ilvl. If you are slightly behind other applicants on any of those 3 categories, you might feel like you’re just constantly rejected.
Pretty much this. Pugging as an off meta dps is tough, but I still manage to get into a group after about 10-15 min of looking

super solid advice for everyone, but especially for dps! i rarely have trouble finding groups because i have a pretty good network of people who run keys at all hours of the day. it’s unusual that i get on and nobody is looking to fill a group. i’ll pug if i have to, and when i do i find that early morning tends to be best… less competition 
Then you have people who wont join your group until theres a tank or healer lol
They need to rethink the basic game paradigm.

Networking. Announce that you’re open to do Mythics with anybody with good moral intent. Make friends.
but is that a discord server ? because i would like try that
LFG for m+ is dead because many groups just can’t find tank. At that point, I am following where the tank go
