Seeing soulshape in Plunderstorm really gave me some Shadowlands nostalgia.
I think it’s time for the Covenants to return. The flavor of them is so S-tier. We need to see more of these guys in WoW, even if it’s just cameo form. So much better than this DF nonsense.
You can always return to them. That’s what I’ve been doing while Blizz has been rolling out its DF minigames extravaganza. SL is so much more fun than before.
Hmm. Not sure what it is but felt the covenant campaigns were lacking something compared to reputation campaigns. 
I can’t think of a scenario where their return would make sense. Class halls, yes, but covenants belong in the afterlife.
True, I miss my Evoker covenant ability 
To clarify, this is a joke, I can’t even recall what the hell the SL covenant ability was for Evokers when they were added.

Sire D presumably escaped the Shadowlands into the mortal realm. The Venthyr and Necrolords have a vested interest in pursuing him so maybe some of their agents are somewhere out and about.
Kyrian have always been able to cross into the mortal realm.
The Fae have a connection to the mortal realm through the Emerald Dream.
Granted it’s a bit tenuous but I feel like the Covenant flavor is so good.
Class Halls were amazing to be fair. They’re like S+ tier.

No, class halls were good for a few classes, they sucked for others.
Monk, warriors, priests, all got shafted in their order hall badly. Warriors probably got the worst deal of the order hall.
Besides order halls and covenants do one of the worst things in the game that i hate and i railed on blizzard for it.
You miss massive parts of the story because its locked behind a given order hall or class.
I’d be fine with taking another 2 year break from WoW if they bring any system from Shadowlands back
I love the monk order hall.
Its super pretty, you can teleport there at will, it had a funny story, and a talking tiger mount.

You should go play the pally, warlock, or rouge Order hall and then see how shafted monk, priest and warrior got.
Pally was like the gold standard.

Nah, there were a bunch of threads back in Shadowlands protesting about it and reason guilds died.
The idea is to bring people back not drive them away.
You can play Shadowlands on a fresh alt though and work your way through the content again if you like. 
Ew no… Just go back to SL and play with the abilities. We dont need to return to those covenants or the expansion many wish were an old god induced dream.

I played all those classes in Legion. Why was the warlock class hall so much better than the warrior? Warriors could leap instantly into any Legion zone. Warlocks didn’t get anything like that.
