There’s really no reason for these restrictions anymore - they make no sense from a game design or fantasy/lore perspective. We have all kinds of bizarre mounts that can fly, yet the new Banshee’s Charger horses from the Trading Post can’t? Why?
Please update the models for mounts from the “Greedy Emissary” event - specifically Tyrael’s Charger and Inarius’ Charger.
These mounts look extremely outdated - their textures and animations are straight out of 2010.
Please stop releasing endless amounts of weird, unpopular mounts that nobody really uses (like the turtle mount from the “Dastardly Duos” event vendor).
Instead, put that time and effort into updating existing racial mounts and older expansion mounts.
They’re beautiful, but they’ve aged a lot visually and deserve some love.
Guys, please support this request - let’s make the mount system feel modern and exciting again!

If they can turn old flight on with a setting change and call it “flying mount equipment” I dont think my mount collection number has snuff to do with it. lol

no thanks! I don’t need my raptor randomly flying. It kind of destroys that fantasy element that WoW has. This game has that sense of realism to it, which makes it special. I think it would be a bit silly otherwise, and feel too gamey if you just had traditional ground mounts fly.
What I would like is to see more mounts with mounting animations though!
they whine about ‘immersion’ then dont seem to know they dont have to participate if something breaks their ‘immersion’ lol.

ugh…that one…total surprise that it didnt fly…my bad for assuming bliz would stop doing this crap. lol.
we have flying horses in the game…why give us something that we wont use?
Also, in the very quick raid “Throne of the 4 winds” all mounts can fly after killing the final boss, easily soloable and whole raid is outdoors and one big square. Can be done in 2 minutes.
Just so you can see what some models would look like while flying. Unlimited time too, spend all day flying your brutosaur there if you want.
Once they allowed everyone to fly from the start of leveling, the very concept of a ground mount made absolutely no sense. Every mount in the game should be able to fly at this point.
