If you, as a paying customer, do not accept that level of service then stop paying for it.
Also, make sure you put your bug reports in the bug report forum category so people looking for bugs can find them. Nobody is assigned a task to check all of the random forum categories for potential bugs on Wrath Classic.

Reports work, the mods are slow but they eventually get around to cleaning up.

They don’t communicate because they don’t care. There are people in these forums that have had ruder and nastier comments thrown at them. They still post, and they don’t get paid.
Blizzard.does.not.care. They haven’t cared about their customers in a long, long time. To understand just how much they don’t care, look at their customer service.
They may or may not be aware of bugs. There’s really no way for us to know. If a bug has been in the game for a year and they’ve said nothing about it, I tend to think they aren’t working on fixing it and probably never will. And that means what?

Pretty much true. Development has moved onto newer or more profitable games. Classic isn’t the big money spinner that the Classic community thinks it is.
Blizzard hasn’t communicated with the community in years, only Streamers.

I would honestly just appreciate a “we know x, y, z is bugged and we’re working on it”. Tired of bumping the same threads on the bug forum for weeks.

Corpse explosion from pet is certainly not 10 yard-range, it’s melee range even though CE states 10 yds.
AMS is still not blocking certain magic debuffs (entrapment, silencing shot (both are magic)).
Ghoul pet is still getting stuck on the secondary platform in EotS and despawning, resulting in having to spawn another one. Warlock pets do this too.
Chains of Ice is still going through Cloak of Shadows (the disease portion is). Chiillblains does too if you’re spec’d frost.
Death Grip 100% goes through Cloak of Shadows every time.
Chains of Ice is still being consumed on hard immunities like paladin Bubble when it is supposed to refund the rune when hard immuned.
List goes on and on. At this point I’m starting to think it’s intentional. Skeleton crew or no, why would said crew decide to fix a thing on a meta gem that nobody asked for?

And whilst your post or two about fixesa is actually a blue post they are a common post that is posted every bug fix.
The ones that are coming out are pretty minor, and if I understand the op correctly, they are talking about major bugs, ie warlock hunter pets, that have gone on and on and we don’t even know if they are aware of it let alone fixing it.
Asides for the standard bug fixes/hotfix which they have to past there is total radio silence from the devs, and I believe this is wat they are eluding to.
Check the retail forums, everyday there is a list of things they are aware about and are working on or fixed, compared to the posts here… well there just isn’t any.
So, in part yes you are correct on those simple really small bug fixes but so is the OP on pretty much any other communication, there is none, and he/she/whatever is not incorrect.
Bots are rampant, and unless I missed it no one blue has even attempted to address it, at least not in recent memory.
There are alot of complaints re PVP same thing, warlock/hunter pets, same thing, etc etc.

I genuinely think they only used Classic as a way to profit off the boosts and subs, they don’t even have the proper staff of man power to operate Classic anymore.
Classic imo is just a cash grab project, nothing more, nothing else. It feels abandoned and neglected.
