Idc if pre patch is coming this Tuesday or in December or if game is being delayed till 2021

This whole end of xpansion but still not knowing when New xpac will be coming this is not fun. Also on a side note. Please make cloak and essences account wide so we can play our alts while waiting for shadowlands
We wanna know when s4 will be finishing. If we have enough time to bother with an alt.

I have a feeling this post won’t age well after Gamescom today.
Because anything anyone doesn’t like on GD is “not fun” or “bad game design” obvs.
Well some like myself would like to try to schedule some days off for it, if possible. I assume that is why some including myself would like a date to plan around and that hopefully it does not get delayed.
We might find out today, so that’s kind of exciting.
EDIT: Yep, we found out today! October 27th according to Gamescom.

Maybe they don’t have one yet? Maybe they are busy fixing bugs and don’t want to commit until they can release a finished product?

I’ve been anticipating it for a few weeks now. I’m surprised it hasn’t come yet, but I think it probably will later today.

I would love to have a date so I can plan on taking a week or maybe more off work. I’ve got two months of vacation time saved up 
Because instead of complaining how the beta is clearly not ready for release at some vague future date, we could complain about how it’s not ready for release at a specific future date. It lets us ramp up our hysteria more.
Why do people still try to do this? You know there’s a good chance there will be bugs or performance problems on release day, and even if there aren’t, the zones are gonna be wall-to-wall people and horribly laggy. You’ll have a much better play experience if you wait a few days.
Maybe I’m trying to farm for the longboi.
Maybe I wanna know when S4 will end.
The last two expansions had release dates announced 4mo prior to their respective launch days. I’m mostly just curious if they’re going to buck conventional wisdom and stick to that schedule, release SL end of 2020 or if it’s getting pushed to 2021.
