On my main character last week I did all of the resulting quests with Igot and have the achievement Sojourner of the Waking Shores. The day I did it I was able to buy the one thing from Dealer Vexil I needed.
Today I go to buy something else that I need that only he sells, and he is now orange to me, the mobs are now hostel again and I cannot interact with him.
I have done everything including turning in restored keys, but I am still not able to buy from him. This is frustrating because he is the only vendor that sells something I need for another quest. People are selling the item on the AH but for close to 1k gold each, more than it original cost of the 3g

I am lucky the honey snack on my realm is selling on the AH for 10 gold…
I realized after posting that you have to have an active world breaker buff to talk to Vexil. There is an npc you can turn keys into to get a membership.

You have to turn the keys into the right noc which has gives you a chest that has a chance of getting a worldbreaker membership card. Use that and it unlocks Vexil.
You can also but membership cards from Vexil so there next time you want to use him you don’t have to farm keys for the other guy and hope you have good RNG on the membership cards.
Ive had the same issue for over a month now and you cant even put in a ticket, I cant even turn in Keys to Igys the Believer now to try and get a membership card. I have tried disabling my addons anything i can think of but i dont want to have to redo this crap on another character. I just want the stupid alcohol he sells and the membership card so I can buy the mount. Please fix this issue blizz!
