I was absolutely bricking myself. Looking back at the screenshot now, I note that I’d also dropped 30 skill and apparently lost my ability to use my polishing cloths & insight, but at the time I just noticed the increase to 430. I thought there’d been an undocumented increase of 50 difficulty, meaning that I went from crafting r5s with inspiration to maxxing out at r4s. I sent a really apologetic message to my buyer who was SUPER kind and understanding. we hoped there might be a bug so he re-submitted his request with a 3-star requirement instead, and I crafted his neck and noticed this:
Stats are where they should be! I only had to craft it one more time and proc’d a r5, which is what I would expect.
It really stressed me out but it was just a visual bug. I’m not sure if my addons affected it - I was running ElvUi, CraftSim, Auctionator and nothing else (I had to do a complete reinstall of my game client because patch day broke it that badly and hadn’t downloaded the rest of my addons at that stage).
