Hello, I am the GM of my guild, and I am trying to transfer GM to my officer. We are an alliance-based, cross-faction guild and my officer is Horde. When I try to transfer GM ownership to my officer, I get the error message, “Only Battle.net friends can be invited from the opposing faction.”
But we already Battle.net friends. I’ve tried to submit a ticket, but cannot complete the ticket due to more info being require, but there isn’t a category regarding this situation.
Is there a way to resolve this so I can transfer my guild to my officer? Any help greatly appreciated, thank you
