My wife and I are both having difficult getting in game on four different machines… a windows 11 laptop, tow windows 11 desktops and a macbook air m4. The only thing we are encountering is the generic wow51900319 error. Sometimes the loading screen just hangs and then quits with no error whatsoever. This seems to be happening the most on characters who are in any major city. I was easily able to log into a character who is sitting in the catch up zone in Arathi. When we do manage to get logged in we are able to play the game fine. For instance, I was able once this morning to log into a druid that is in Dorn and I went and did two delves with no issues. Log out to go have breakfast and then come back in the hopes of knocking out two more delves and I can’t log in again. We’ve done all the basic things… delete wtf, cache and interface, scan and repair, and reset our router/modem. This problem started yesterday and is persistent. As far as on our end, we are not having problems streaming video or music and our speedtest comes back fine. I’m not sure what else to do at this point except blame it on wow’s end. I’m not technically proficient enough to trace any and all issues. We just want to play our game.

Edit #1: As of 7:12 am pst we are only getting world server down error.

Edit #2: at 9:25am pst as of right now, I really don’t think this is on our end. In my alt guild I’m showing two characters online from the same account. The character I currently logged in on and a character I tried to log in on and failed. My wife is able to whisper me on the character I’m on, but even though she can see the other character online, the game is telling her there isn’t a character with that name playing.

Do you have a cellphone you could temporarily hotspot a pc to, or a vpn? You can google how.

If bypassing your normal router/ISP works, you might have a routing issue. This would not affect other services, as each service has it’s own route it takes to connect.

One one character or all, that might be a server issue, but would not have gone for that long.

I can hotspot, but unfortunately my cell service is spotty at home.

Wife of Skoll here - Update to the situation and am hoping for feedback from anybody that can give us input. We hard wired into the modem instead of wifi and still no change in the log-in issues.

So to recap, we continue to get WOW519000319 intermittently, but are unable to log in our characters. Have tried multiple servers across all characters and no difference. Additionally, my BNet keeps showing me as away or offline when I am active so not sure if that’s adding to the issues noted above.

Am not finding any details about this being an issue for anybody else, but at this point it definitely doesn’t appear to be internet related. It’s happening across multiple devices which leads me to think it’s the game or Bnet? More feedback needed from the community, please!!
