Been having a lot of trouble logging in today with repeated hangs or disconnects. Two nights ago my internet went completely out and required Frontier to come out and replace my router.
Since getting the new router I’ve noticed a marked decrease in the ability of the PC to connect to the internet, particularly Battle.net. Is there something wrong on Blizzard’s end or is Frontier just playing games again? Would love to get some insight and troubleshoot this.
Adding to my other woes, I was flying in Dragon Isles and twice when I went to dismount after landing, the game teleported me into the air I was at about 7 seconds earlier and gave me the “Transfer Aborted: Instance not Found” error, and would of caused my death if not for some clever glider and movement ability uses.
Also I had to use my hearthstone FIVE times now because I got “Transfer Aborted: Instance not Found”. This happens almost every single time I switch zones and go into instances now.
This is not an issue with my PC as I just got a new one and it was working great before the router screwed up Monday. Would really like some Blizzard assistance on this because Frontier is coming back out on Tuesday and I want to rule out Blizzard completely so I can hold these liars feet to the proverbial fire.
As a side note almost every time I try to do an Ookla Speed Test I get this error.
Any help would be appreciated, as I don’t think the people from Frontier know what they are even doing at this point. They kind of remind me of the Tech Priests from Warhammer. Given the level of shabby service they have showcased in the last 4 calls, I’m surprised they haven’t asked me to try try prayer or incense to resolve the router issues.
Also for the record I have changed ‘nothing’ on my PC or IP yet. It was working completely fine until it blew itself up at 1:30am or so on Monday while I was watching a video on Youtube and streaming suddenly stopped. It was like someone hit the kill switch on the Internet, as TV and Phone continued to work fine.
Update:
4 Hours in, I still have a hell of a time changing zones and Dragonriding, as I keep getting “Transfer Aborted: Instance Not Found”. I don’t think the issue is on Blizzard’s end, but if they could give me some sort of information I could confront Frontier with (as I am 90% sure they are lying to me), I would appreciate it.
Lol. I just literally zoned back into Thaldrazus 5 times while trying to fly to Ohn’naran Plains.
Still could really use some help. Ain’t fun trying to zone into a Dungeon 7 times, or feel like the Rubberband Man when trying to Dragonride. I’ve had to just opt for Flight Path travel.
Can you guide me through that? Also if someone could please tell me what it means when the game says “Transfer Aborted: Instance not Found” that would help a lot as I often have to use my Hearthstone at least 8 times before it finally ports me.
Also one website says that Pingplotter can cause false flags for DDOS, which is NOT something I want to be falsely accused of. I guess I’ll just have to wait for Best Buy to come out on Wednesday because Frontier is as effective as… eh nevermind. Someone would get offended no doubt.
I’m willing to get the Data that’s needed but I’d rather do it through non-third-party stuff.
Hey Elocin, I know you’re not our beloved Blue Poster but there is another thread “Logging into server” from around 11 hrs ago. Lots of us are still experiencing this. Have you heard of it? I’ve been trying to contact support but it keeps saying 404 not found when I try to submit my issue.
