So I moved from one state to another. Did not log in much for about 5 months but now I’d like to get back into gaming. I attempted to log into Battle.net which was fine but when I went into World of Warcraft, I may have entered too many tries of a wrong password. I then found my correct password but now when I enter my email address and my correct password it prompts me to decipher a group of letters to verify I am not a computer bot and then when I do that it immediately says I am disconnected. Not sure how to go about making a ticket or if I just need to cancel my subscription and start a new one? If I do that, how to keep my characters?
