Issue with the new Sub Mount, What Do I Do?

Hi guys/gals,

I am currently on a yearly sub, and as such I get the bonus mounts every like 6 months that they do.

Well I have the gift icon in my launcher for it, however I can only pick Europe, Korea, or Taiwan…despite being a NA account, and only having NA. What do I do?

Check in-game on your NA account, and see if there’s an item waiting for you to unwrap in your mount list.

I saw that weird bit of region mix up too, but mine was still waiting for me in-game on my NA account.

Yes, log into the game and on a character. You should have an unwrapped gift box in your mounts page.
